Your360AI — fixing a launch under pressure, then staying on as a long-term partner
I'm impressed by Prismport's clear communication and high-quality deliverables.

Jared Goralnick
CEO and Founder, Your360 AI
Jared came to us through a referral. At the time, he wasn’t looking to hire an agency. He was looking for clarity.
Someone in his network suggested we take a look at their website and share honest feedback. We recorded a short walkthrough video pointing out what wasn’t working: layout issues, responsiveness gaps, inconsistencies in the build, and a structure that had slowly become fragile over time. There was no pitch attached. Just practical advice.
A few days later, Jared reached out again. They were heading into a launch, and the timeline was aggressive. Roughly a week. The site needed to be stable, polished, and dependable, fast.
Picking up a messy build without starting over
We’re usually careful about jumping into existing Webflow builds that have degraded over time. In many cases, fixing them costs more than rebuilding from scratch.
In this case, there was one important difference. The site had been built using a Client-First structure. It hadn’t been maintained properly, but the foundation was still there. That made it workable.
We agreed to move forward on an hourly basis and start immediately. No heavy onboarding. No long process. Just a clear understanding of priorities and fast execution, with transparent time tracking in Toggl.
There was also a timezone gap: they’re based in the US, we’re in India, so overlap was limited. In practice, it became a strength. We’d ship changes while they slept, they’d review during their day, leave feedback and notes, and we’d pick it up again first thing in our morning. It turned into a clean async cycle that kept momentum high.
Renata, Co Founder at Your360, helped a lot here, especially toward the end, checking builds, testing flows, and making sure we weren’t missing obvious edge issues. Eda also stepped in on the design side when we needed quick clarity on layouts, spacing, or intent in certain sections. That back-and-forth made decisions fast even without long calls.
Stabilising the site before launch
The initial focus was removing friction.
Broken layouts were fixed. Responsiveness was corrected across devices. Hover states and interactions were made consistent. Sections that felt visually disconnected were brought back into alignment. The site started to feel smoother, more intentional, and far more reliable.
As we worked, we also explained what was breaking and why, so the team had clarity on how the system actually functioned.
Right before launch, the pressure spiked. At around 12:30 a.m. IST, Jared messaged in a panic: he was checking the live site and couldn’t see any of the updates, and launch was the next day. Totally fair reaction.
The catch was simple: all the work was sitting safely on the staging link, and he was refreshing the main domain.
When I woke up, I replied with the staging URL and a “you’re on the wrong link” moment that instantly changed the mood. He checked staging, saw everything in place, and the panic disappeared in about ten seconds.
Everything was wrapped just in time. The launch went out cleanly. No surprises.
From launch support to ongoing collaboration
After launch, the engagement naturally continued.
We’ve since supported your360AI with ongoing improvements: marketing updates, layout refinements, performance tuning, SEO fixes, and integrations, including seamless connections with HubSpot and their product site. Most work runs async, with requests turned around quickly, often within 24–72 hours.
The site has stayed clean because the structure is now maintained, not constantly patched.
Jared later summed up the experience clearly:
“Prismport has delivered a polished, professional website with seamless integrations with HubSpot and our product site. The team demonstrated a prompt and friendly project management approach and produced high-quality work on time. Communication was smooth across email and messaging apps.”
For us, this project is a reminder that strong partnerships don’t always start with a proposal. Sometimes they start with helping someone under pressure, staying steady when the timeline is unforgiving, and shipping work that the team can rely on.
That trust is what turned this into an ongoing collaboration.
