Qmin - Making a complex insurance platform click in under a minute

The site reflects the product much more accurately now. It’s easier to explain, easier to navigate, and feels aligned with the customers we’re building for.

When Preetesh first reached out, QMIN was still early.
The product existed, the demo was powerful, and the thinking was sharp, but our first call was heavy.

Insurance terminology, incentive logic, hierarchies, payouts. Nothing was poorly thought through. It was just dense. It took a few conversations to fully grasp what QMIN was really solving.

For an industry driven by numbers, a surprising amount of incentive and commission tracking still happens manually. Data lives across systems. Reconciliation takes time. Leakage is common. QMIN was built to bring structure to that chaos.

The real challenge: translation, not design

The problem wasn’t making QMIN look enterprise-ready.
It was making a system-level product understandable without oversimplifying it.

Early on, we explored a design direction with multiple animations explaining individual features. It looked polished, but as we reviewed it together, something felt off. The motion was drawing attention away from the information that enterprise buyers actually care about.

After a few calls with Preetesh, we made a clear shift.

We moved toward a more focused, confident layout. Fewer animations. Stronger hierarchy. More emphasis on structured information. The site started to feel calmer—and more serious.

One minute to understand the product

Even with the refined layout, one question kept coming up in our discussions:
How fast does this click for someone new?

That’s when we decided to concentrate all the explanation into one place.

We storyboarded a single hero animation—script, visuals, pacing—designed to explain what QMIN does end-to-end in about a minute. When we finally shared the version with voiceover, Preetesh’s response was simple:

“Wow!! Looks awesome.”

Letting the rest of the site do quieter work

With the core narrative established, everything else fell into place.

Product pages focused on the areas buyers care about most, using real product visuals instead of abstractions. Supporting pages stayed lean. Nothing competed for attention.

The build was done in Webflow with a scalable component system, so the QMIN team could keep evolving the site alongside the product.

What changed

The final site presents QMIN as it actually is: a unified platform, not a collection of features.

Sales conversations start with context.
The product is easier to explain.
And the site supports serious, enterprise-level evaluation instead of fighting it.

For us, this project was a reminder of something simple: when the product is complex and the stakes are real, clarity isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s the work.
