Flatable - Turning a simple site request into a core growth asset
We were impressed by how much Prismport customized their work to our individual needs.

Safras Rawfal
CEO
Flatable didn’t start as a full website project.
Safras first reached out asking about a template-based setup and a few light fixes. When that didn’t feel right, he came back asking us to clean up the existing site and make it usable. Before touching anything, we asked him to get on a call.
Understanding the real product
Safras explained that Flatable isn’t just a room-finding app.
What makes it different is the app considers “who” you live with. The platform focuses on matching people, not just properties, a problem anyone who’s shared a flat understands instantly. That insight shaped the entire site. The website was going to be a primary entry point for users discovering the app and deciding whether to download it.
Our job was to make that difference obvious within the first few scrolls.
Aligning ambition and budget
The initial budget was tight. But once Safras saw how much impact the website could have on future marketing and growth, we had an honest conversation.
He chose to move forward properly, doubling the original budget to allow for a higher-quality design, stronger storytelling, and a site that could actually support the product long-term.
Building it together
We started with information architecture, mapping two clear journeys: room seekers and room providers. The homepage introduced the system as a whole, then guided users to the right path.
As designs took shape, collaboration stayed close. On one of our review calls, Safras mentioned it was the best experience he’d had working with an agency, both in quality and process. That momentum carried through the rest of the project.
Motion, speed, and delivery
Execution moved fast because collaboration was fast. Safras preferred to work over WhatsApp, which worked well for both sides. Most of the back-and-forth happened async on WhatsApp, since the client felt comfortable with the platform, with feedback shared through Loom and Tella videos. That made it easy to keep momentum without blocking on calls, in fact, the entire project only needed a single live client call.
The result
The final site gives Flatable a clear, credible home that actually does the job it’s meant to do. It explains what makes the product different within the first few scrolls, guides both user groups without confusion, and supports the marketing campaigns Safras already had planned by acting as a strong conversion surface.
We were able to complete the dev within just 1 week of completing the designs, due to our dual track agile methodology we follow in stricter deadline projects, completing development as and when pages are signed off on design.
Despite being visually rich, the site stays fast, landing around 95 on PageSpeed across both desktop and mobile. For us, Flatable was a reminder that the best outcomes happen when there’s trust on both sides and when everyone is aligned on building something that’s meant to last and perform.
