01 Junior Webflow Developer
Build and maintain client sites in Webflow: clean class structures, CMS collections, responsive builds. You've shipped real projects (freelance, agency, or personal), know Webflow's CMS and interactions inside out, and you're comfortable taking a Figma file and turning it into a pixel-accurate, accessible build without hand-holding.
Engineering
01 Senior Webflow Developer
Own complex, high-stakes builds end to end: large CMS architectures, custom JS/CSS, third-party integrations, and migrations from legacy platforms. You've led Webflow projects for enterprise or agency clients, can architect scalable CMS structures from scratch, and know how to balance client requests against performance, SEO, and maintainability.
Design
01 Website Designer
Design marketing and product websites that hold up under real content and real constraints. You think in design systems (components, states, spacing scales) rather than just one-off pages, bring strong art direction to every project, and can create or direct custom illustration work that gives a brand real visual identity instead of stock-asset sameness. Figma fluency and an eye for what actually builds well in Webflow are a must.
02 Motion Designer
Bring static designs to life: micro-interactions, scroll animations, and full explainer or product demo videos. You're fluent in After Effects (Lottie exports a plus) and know how to storyboard a concept from script to final cut. You understand how motion should support a message, whether that's a 3-second hover state or a 60-second product walkthrough.
