Refunds and cancellations

At Prismport, we strive to ensure our clients' utmost satisfaction with our services. Given the nature of our digital service offerings and the bespoke, project-specific work we undertake, we do not provide refunds once a project has commenced. This policy is in place because our services involve significant preparation and customization that cannot be reused or resold.

In the event of project cancellation before commencement, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion, depending on the resources already allocated or committed to your project. We encourage our clients to discuss any concerns or issues with our services at the earliest opportunity to allow us to seek a resolution.

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to Prismport via email. Please include your project details and the reason for cancellation. We aim to process cancellation requests within 5-7 working days.
