The initial website lacked an enterprise feel, clear explanations of the product, and a cohesive design. It struggled to convey the value proposition, making it difficult for users to understand why they should sign up or book a call.
The revamp aimed to tailor the site to NewsCatcher's ideal customer profiles (ICPs), presenting information that resonated with users and addressing their pain points. The new site would be segmented based on six key use cases: Media Monitoring, Sales Intelligence, Risk Analysis, Consumer Apps, Market Research, and AI & LLM.
